This 40 card set illustrates 33 Mudras and 7 chakras. The Mudras are hand picked to awaken the subtle energy body that each of us has. One side of the card is artwork of the hand position (mudra) and the back of the card is instruction on using the Mudra and the purpose or affirmation created when performing the Mudra. Great to use in Yoga classes, in group gatherings and during private meditation time. The set is created by Alison DeNicola and the vibrant Artwork was done by Sabrina Espinet.
