Tibetan Rose (Gulab) Incense by Mandala Arts & Incense
Tibetan Rose (Gulab) Incense by Mandala Art and Incense of Nepal is a wonderful ancient formula Tibetan incense. The incense is earthy smelling, musky and has overtones of rose. This incense is not overly sweet like some rose incenses can be.
The rose is very subtle and balanced by other properties in the incense. According to the manufacturer, "Rose is a symbol of love and purity and the Buddhists use it in prayer and meditation. It is soothing to the emotions, particularly depressions, grief and resentment. Lifts the heart and eases nervous tension & stress."
Use the burner that comes with the incense, or make your own, as we have, using a bowl and some small rocks. We stand the incense up between the rocks and burn it. This way you can burn multiple sticks at once.
